While in Los Cabos is prohibited both boats approaching the whales, in other parts of Baja California Sur seems not, since in this image taken in Magdalena Bay, you can see how a lucky tourist can kiss a whale.
Banning boats too close to whales, is for mutual security of both cetaceans as of the same people, as one or the other may be hurt if the whale hits the vessel.
Despite the danger and prohibition, there is no denying that it is a beautiful photograph, where the color contrasts of the redhead tourist, with the gray whale and the blue-green sea.
